- Rent once paid is non-refundable, except under specific conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.
IV. Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit is collected before move-in.
- The deposit is refunded after adjusting for any pending dues, damages, or notice period violations, as per our Refund Policy.
- Refunds are typically processed within 10–15 working days after move-out verification.
V. Resident Responsibilities
As a Koliving resident, you agree to:
- Maintain cleanliness and take care of the provided furniture, appliances, and fixtures.
- Follow all community rules, property regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Avoid any illegal, offensive, or disruptive behavior that disturbs other residents.
- Not sublet, transfer, or share your room without written consent from Koliving.
- Respect the property and ensure no damage is caused to the premises or other occupants.
Koliving reserves the right to terminate accommodation without refund in case of misconduct or policy violations.
VI. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in and check-out dates are mutually decided at the time of booking.
- Early move-outs require prior notice (typically 15–30 days, depending on the property).
- Late check-outs beyond the agreed date may incur additional daily charges.
VII. Use of Website
- You agree not to use the website for fraudulent activities, data scraping, or any activity that could harm the website’s functionality.
- We may include links to third-party websites for convenience. Koliving is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.
VIII. Intellectual Property
